You need to deal with this, do not ignore it.
Presumably you know what debt this relates to?"We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -
Go to the court with the letter - you should find out all you need to know.0

1. Are you expecting this? Do you owe money?
2. Is the email address really as you wrote it or is that a typo?
3. What is the phone number? Does it correspond to the courts number you'd find on google?0 -

Everything about this screams "scam."
No way would the court send a letter to a defendant asking them to come in, why not just send them the correspondence?.
Phone the number at https://courttribunalfinder.service.gov.uk/courts/northampton-crown-county-and-family-court and find out from the horse's mouth if this is legitimate.
Do not send an email, phone them0 -
I think that there is a high probability that this letter originated from Cabot Financial to get you to contact them.0
