Yes they would not tell him the customers details, but they could at least of allowed the wallet owner to contact the finder.0 -
I really doubt the bank would do anything more than reissue the bank card, let alone facilitate communication - they'd just tell the person who found it to hand it in to the police, since they have nothing to do with anything except that one card in the wallet.
They have phoned the wallet/purse owner whenever I've handed them in to the banks or building society.0 -
