I have had to defer my last module with the Open University, due to my own ill health and then my fathers, who subsequently passed away. I was not able to register for this year as I was too late. However, I do intend to complete my module, but I noticed that SLC have started to claim payments from me, even though I haven't finished my course. Is this right?
