Monzo closed account 4 weeks ago and still havnt recieved my funds?

Hi all,
I am new to the site so if this is under the wrong category i do apologise.
on the 16th of september monzo bank frooze my account (they have done this twice before but have unfrozen it as soon as ive been in contact with them) I got in touch with their support team who told me that it is with the relevant team and they are 'handling it'. As I came out of the webchat it brought me to a new page that said that they have decided to close my account and to provide details of a bank account that I would like my funds (£750!) sent to.I provided details of my main Barclays account straight away. There was no reason given and there was no mention that they felt I was a fraudster or doing illegal activities on my account (which I am neither). Since then its been radio silence. I have contacted their help team which gave me no insight as to what was going on and could give me no time scale as to how long it will take for them to return my funds. All they said once again is 'its with thee relevant team and they are 'handling it'. I asked what exactly that meant by 'they are handling it' as all they need to do is process sending my funds, and I was told in a rather rude manner that 'that is exactly what they are handling'.
Does anyone have some guidance or help as too how I can get my funds back and resolve this?
