Gladstones are claiming that they have not received an account of my version of events (although this was disclosed to smart parking at the very beginning) and are quoting that I have to give them one as is required by the protocol!
Should I ignore and await my court papers or reply? Advice please!
They are also refusing to give me a copy of their contract with the landowner at this stage, is that allowed?0 -
Reply with your version of events but no using the stupid 'reply forms'. Remind Gladstones that a simple keying error is not something the BPA let their members sue over (quote the bit from the POPLA Annual Report 2018 about the BPA's position on this and tell Gs to tell their client to 'do one'...).Should I ignore and await my court papers or reply?

If Your client has not disclosed this to you as part of their evidence, and you have not conducted due diligence, nothing in the Pre-Action Protocol requires me to assist you or offer any statement or defence at this stage.
