I have just had a successful Ppi payout, I used the Claims guys (I realise now that I should have done it myself!) who have now sent their request for payment. I notice they are charging 30% + vat. As I didn't sign the LOA until July this year is this right? I thought it was capped in 2018 to 24%.

CMC fees are capped at 20%, but there is also VAT.
If the firm are in fact charging 30%, then you should challenge this.
Do be sure your calculations are correct before doing so...0
