It seems to have stopped you reading the NEWBIES thread properly, which tells you all about successful complaints to retailers and links to an entire thread about how to do it.

A Smart case is so simple to win at POPLA stage that there's no need for a thread at all, as Smart don't use the POFA. This is really, really easy to win.

A keeper who was not driving wins it at POPLA stage, hands down, as long as they just adapt another Smart POPLA POFA appeal found by searching the forum for those words.

Hi there! As predicted I’ve just received an appeal refusal from Smart parking. So I’m preparing to appeal to POPLA we have a code now.
I have tried searching for Smart POPLA POFA appeal and its not been that successful. Could you point me in the correct direction for a link to a template to use please?
I’ve printed an appeal expanse off but it’s very long.
I was going to appeal on the grounds of “grace period”, ANPR system unreliable, ANPR failure to warm drivers of data to be used and what for,
Please help?

HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function. Click on the 'Advanced Search' button and on the following page place your keyword(s) in the 'Search By Keyword(s)' and make sure the 'Show Results As' button (at the foot of the window) is changed from 'Threads' to 'Posts'.

Could you point me in the correct direction for a link to a template to use please?

Go back to that screen where you found the New Thread button four days ago.

The third thread in that thread list is the one you are looking for.

The suggestion was that you read the third post on that thread.

How's the complaint to B&M going?

Belt and braces approach is best so you're dead right to be preparing that POPLA appeal. However landowner cancellations are much easier to achieve before the POPLA appeal. (I think it costs the landowner less that way or something).

Please don't be one of those who thinks complaining isn't worth the hassle & regrets it later.
