Spark energy Additional charges

So i moved into a flat (private renting) which had a water damaged meter along with a broken top lid. we were off supply so got an emergency call-out and told them the issues including the broken lid.
we were not made aware of any potential charges before doing this
the first call-out person did not have the correct equipment so I couldn't do anything but contacted spark too tell them the issue and what we needed.
the second call-out said he couldn't replace the meter due to the broken lid and for this call out we got charged £120 pounds which I only found out about after we checked our account a month later.
after that we had the lid replaced in a day and organized another call-out where they were able to change the gas meter and put in a smart meter which we were charged £178 for.
we were not told about any of these charges beforehand and have requested invoices for both of these charges over a month ago which we are still waiting on.
and even worse is the fact that these charges do not line up with any of the additional charges I found on their site.
(new user so can't post URL's but will come up on google : 'spark additional charges')
does anyone have any advice on this and any information on our rights as consumers? we will obviously try and forward these charges onto our landlord but believe the first charge is not valid as we told them about the lid before any call outs. and we are just struggling to even get the invoices.
