Link Parking/BW Legal beaten in court.

  • Absolutely brilliant - I enjoyed reading this.
It is quite expensive to get a transcript of the hearing and not sure you need it.  You have the judgement of the court which is sufficient.  I have served warrants several times if you need any help.  Hopefully not, and a letter if you have not received payment saying that you will be issuing a warrant unless payment is made will do the trick.

Please make a complaint to the DVLA at email
    complaintsteam@dvla.gsi.gov.uk

Saying it released your details to the parking company in question when there was no reasonable cause and that the DVLA failed in its duty to audit the signage and you are considering a claim for breach of GDPR.  (you don't have to do that by the way - it's really time consuming and a little bit risky until there is more case law).

keypulse  . loved it, very amusing and really does show the nonsense of BWLegal.

Love it, some muppet asking you to pay when they had lost and owe you money ??? hahahaha

You really must complain to the SRA including why BWL lost in the first place
They are not fit for purpose let alone be members of the SRA

I trust this scene will appear unedited in the play?  Or will it be a full Broadway musical?

Thanks... this hadn't even occurred to me but it's now on my to-do list.

Cheers, I will be doing this. Just waiting to see the outcome of recent complaints about Gladstones (as per Coupon-mad's reply on the page before this).

This is why I would like the hearing transcript. It's hard to describe the powerful words of the star of the show (the judge) from memory alone but his performance deserves to be brought to a wider audience. BW rep struggled in what was a difficult role as supporting actor and I barely got a speaking part for my cameo appearance, but it was great to be there anyway. Would definitely watch it again.

  • I would get a copy if it were my case too!

The reps sent by BWLegal will always struggle because how can they reply to such rubbish

The problem BWLegal has, it's clear, they simply don't understand. they think the courts are idiots and despite courts trashing them for abuse of process .... they plod on to even more spankings

That is why every fake claim for added amounts must be reported to the SRA.   Hopefully the SRA know the law ....... beginning to think they don't

This is the only recourse I have (they haven't lost me as a customer,

    You have another recourse surely

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-and-courts/legal-system/taking-legal-action/small-claims/making-a-small-claim/

    and complain to ARMA

    https://arma.org.uk/

Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Just got out of court. I am over the moon... I won! Link Parking to pay me £414.50 within 2 weeks.
More details and I'll thank you all properly when I get home later.
Well done, sorry to be tardy, just catching up (been away somewhere warm).

If your Judge said some useful, forceful stuff others can use then the transcript will be like Gold dust and gratefully received here.  We will ensure it is widely used.
