Link Parking/BW Legal beaten in court.

Absolutely brilliant - I enjoyed reading this.It is quite expensive to get a transcript of the hearing and not sure you need it. You have the judgement of the court which is sufficient. I have served warrants several times if you need any help. Hopefully not, and a letter if you have not received payment saying that you will be issuing a warrant unless payment is made will do the trick. Please make a complaint to the DVLA at emailcomplaintsteam@dvla.gsi.gov.ukSaying it released your details to the parking company in question when there was no reasonable cause and that the DVLA failed in its duty to audit the signage and you are considering a claim for breach of GDPR. (you don't have to do that by the way - it's really time consuming and a little bit risky until there is more case law).

keypulse . loved it, very amusing and really does show the nonsense of BWLegal.
Love it, some muppet asking you to pay when they had lost and owe you money ??? hahahaha
You really must complain to the SRA including why BWL lost in the first place
They are not fit for purpose let alone be members of the SRA4 -
I trust this scene will appear unedited in the play? Or will it be a full Broadway musical?3

They are not fit for purpose let alone be members of the SRACheers, I will be doing this. Just waiting to see the outcome of recent complaints about Gladstones (as per Coupon-mad's reply on the page before this).Humdinger1 said:I trust this scene will appear unedited in the play? The problem BWLegal has, it's clear, they simply don't understand. they think the courts are idiots and despite courts trashing them for abuse of process .... they plod on to even more spankings
That is why every fake claim for added amounts must be reported to the SRA. Hopefully the SRA know the law ....... beginning to think they don't2 -

That is why every fake claim for added amounts must be reported to the SRA. Hopefully the SRA know the law ....... beginning to think they don'tI can only imagine all this is considered in their grubby business model. The vast majority of people will pay up, so as it stands the PPCs and their legal representatives can easily afford to take a hit on the few that challenge them (draw parallels with the drug smuggling business; the cartels and gangs don't care if the occasional shipment is seized. They're still well remunerated, because most shipments get through). This is why they seem rattled over the fact that the £60 add-on is being so comprehensively trashed by you folk because if that becomes unobtainable, their whole business becomes suddenly a lot less profitable, hopefully even unfeasible.I will get round to the SRA, BW Legal, DVLA and also Link Parking (I notice they have no Google reviews, I look forward to baptising them soon). But I almost forgot to start at the beginning, the management company which played a part in all this and shouldn't escape criticism.I've voiced my opinion of them in a Google review, it's not showing publicly yet for some reason. This is the only recourse I have (they haven't lost me as a customer, because I wouldn't rent an overpriced box through them anyway). I don't think I'm being unfair. They allowed Link to act as their agents and if they don't think they should be held accountable for the actions of their agents, then their agents' reputation should tarnish theirs.

You have another recourse surely
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-and-courts/legal-system/taking-legal-action/small-claims/making-a-small-claim/
and complain to ARMA
https://arma.org.uk/
Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
If your Judge said some useful, forceful stuff others can use then the transcript will be like Gold dust and gratefully received here. We will ensure it is widely used.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
