    I am surprised you are receiving DRP/Zenith letters for this as normally VCS dont work like that
    They normal do:
    NTK-Final demand-letter before claim
    OR for some sites
    NTK- Final reminder - final demand- Letter before claim

    Sorry you are absolutely right.That was my mistake.So far I have revived NTK-final reminder-demand for payment-final demand.
