ECP/POPLA rebuttal. Little problem

Hello.
I have posted on another site but haven’t got the help I need so if somebody knowledgeable can offer guidance it will be appreciated.
Received a ECP NTK for overstaying in a two hour car park. Did the usual complaint and got a rejection. Received a POLPA code, sent in my evidence via their website as a PDF to bypass the 2000 word limit. ECP have sent in their counter evidence to POPLA who mailed me a PDF on the 9th Oct. to offer a rebuttal. I've complied a few rebuttal points but there is no link on my POPLA appeal page to send it into them and ECP’s evidence hasn't been uploaded there either.

Am I not seeing something?
Should I be pointing this put to POPLA?

I haven't got any other means of posting a rebuttal ( or contacting them for that matter ) except the info@popla.co.uk . Or is this the address for rebuttals along with reference to the case number?

I have untill WED 16th as the 7th day limit. Is there any benefit for me in waiting and contacting them last minute on Wed evening and pointing this out?

thank in advance

Email POPLA, now, today, and tell them you can't see the operator's evidence and can they please show it to you and re-start your 7 days once you have seen it.

Obviously the email addy you have is the one to reply to - you've had emails from POPLA already (e.g. the one with the password) and can hit 'reply' and they will receive it. However, do add your POPLA code when replying as their stupid emails miss it out!

Be aware that many people lose v ECP. No-one cares. Everyone ignores them.

  • Appreciate the reply.
I'll mail them now. Presuming they don't work weekends I will hopefully receive a reply sometime tomorrow.
Will post here if I win or lose.

And then smile and collect the debt letters. ECP don't sue anyone at the time of writing.

That's good!....... as I have just had their reply and my appeal failed.
So it's about 6 years of nervous waiting to find out if they decide to start doing court proceedings.
