I also have HSBC, Lloyd's & First Direct.
Sterling's app is far superior to all of them. And as I've not been to a branch for personal banking in 20 years nor written a cheque in 15 years then the app only bank wins.

My account with Union Bancaire Privee in Geneva has more advantages than all of my other bank accounts put together.

HalifaxGuys, some of yous are taking this way too seriously. Lol. Like, hypothetically. Forget, the best online banking, in branch service, the banks you’ve been with in the past, etc.
If each person in the UK had to pick ONE bank for all their banking needs, which would it be?
