My partner and I are considering a new build home and possibly thinking of buying one from St Modwen homes. The site we are interested in Egstow Park, near Chesterfield.
We like the designs and the square footage seems a little bit bigger than properties from other new build developers. Does anybody have any opinions as to the quality of their houses and or general opinions on this company.
Many thanks

Where do you work? This is a commuter area and the nearest station according to their details is a car ride away.0
