no water for 8h and counting

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this. Hopefully someone can move it if that's not the case.
Long story short, we have not had any water since this morning.. 8h and counting. Someone "smart" on the development turned the water off because there was a leak in one of the buildings in the water room. Now when multitple buildings reported that there's no water, they turned it on but apparently something has now broken and the water isn't getting pumped. The concierge called someone out but so far no news
I've already complained to the management company and the development manager although they won't see this until Monday. Is there anything else I can do? Seems like the management company should provide some kind of an alternative, water truck or something.... wouldn't be surprised if the sprinklers stopped working too.
Any advice would be appreciated.
