Hi, does anyone know of any good jobseekers forums like this one? I am looking for one where I won't get trolled. That's why I am not just posting about my issue here because in the past when I posted about jobseeking issues trolls would use it against me in every thread I post in.

Realistically though one paints a picture of themselves through their posts on a public forum and first impressions and all are hard to change.0 -

Don't worry, We've all had it well most of us.
Sorry to say I don't know of any other that accepts 'hyperthertical' type questions as this one, may do at times.
What's the issue? (It's good to talk)0 -
I don't know you from Adam, and care even less. But having just insulted me, I am really not predisposed to help you out anyway now. Have you considered that the responses you get may be a result of the way you talk to people? You come here, suggest that everyone is trolling you (when most of us probably haven't even heard of you) and then expect even the slightest of help. Way to go with the whole "I think people should help me" thing.donnajunkie wrote: »Hi, does anyone know of any good jobseekers forums like this one? I am looking for one where I won't get trolled. If you need employment advice, you should get a lawyer. If you need help finding a job, the Job Centre and / or a careers advisor. Try talking to them more politely than you talk to people here and they might help you.0 -

when I have talked about these things in the past certain people have used it against me in any way they can. I have had people quote posts by me from years earlier just to point score in a thread.0 -

how have I insulted you? I did not say I get trolled by every single user and I don't even recognise your username.
all I want to enquire is does anyone know of another internet forum for jobseekers.
some posts here are a perfect example of why I don't just post about it here.0 -

Really? You certainly don't seem to have used this section of the forum much?
Christ,Ive posted more threads in this section.0 -
So basically, out of five posts in 11 years, two have been complaining about not wanting to post on this Board? I have a really grrrreat idea. Maybe the poster shouldn't post on this board.
They should try Mumsnet if they think they are being trolled. It's certainly not remotely true that parents are nice people, if that site is anything to go by!0 -
This is just a section of the forum not the whole.
I take it nobody knows another forum then? Most seem to have posted just because they want to have a go. If there's anyone who is genuine and is willing to help please let me know as i would be happy to discuss via pm my actual issue. However i obviously wont with anyone who has chosen to come into this thread to be unkind.0
