Hi
I am purchasing a flat in london and trying to identify a solicitor and after some research am considering appointing fletcher longstaff.
Does anyone have any experience of using them and if so would they recommend?
I am slightly reticent as they are an out of town firm but they have very good reviews and have had some pretty bad experiences with london solicitors as well.
Thanks

They're not solicitors, they're licensed conveyancers. Otherwise I know nothing about them.0

How easy will it be for you to visit them if something unusual or complex arises that you want explaining? Face-to-face is always better than email.....0
-
What was your experience like when you visited them and asked for a quotation?0

Thanks for the comments, it wouldn't be possible for me to visit them in person as they aren't in london but unless they were right by my work I would mostly do everything by phone anyway!0
