Extra Energy final bill

Hi.

I was in the process of moving from EE to Spark (ironically) when they (both) went into Admin.

I was in credit on my EE accoun (approx £140)t. However, I didn't save my bills (stupid I know...lesson learned). I did take meter readings however, and have done every month for years and years.

According to Scottish Power, they cannot process any credit etc until I receive my final bill form EE.

However, I have never received my final bill from EE that I am aware of.

It says on PwC's page that all issues regarding credit/debit etc should be direct to Scottish Power.

Both PwC and Scottish Power suggest this process should have been completed by now.

Any ideas where I go from here? :j

    Well, that was easy.

Phoned the number on the PwC website expecting it to be PwC...but Extra Energy picked up v(no being on hold), found my bill, told me the date it was sent across (early Aug) to SP and sent it to me via email.

    Back to SP it go.....
