    You mean the point where the OP was trying to push down on the frame to "correct" the problem?

    I didn't hit my telly. I explained exactly what happened to it. I did put pressure on the bent frame, after I took the first photo of the initial problem, and my complaint to argos, and yes the glass cracked under my fingers, the TV was on at the time. I didn't press hard, I just thought maybe the frame would click into place. It was like it was ready to explode.

    The TV has suffered impact damage at some time,possibly even before you got it.

    There as good as any other manufacturer warranty out there. I had a good experience with min when I had my plasma TV repaired in it's 6th year.

    Your remedy is with Argos, the retailer, not with Panasonic.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
