The TV has a clear point of impact, and the damage from the impact is on the nearby bezel.
The cracks in the screen radiate from this point.

I didn't hit my telly. I explained exactly what happened to it. I did put pressure on the bent frame, after I took the first photo of the initial problem, and my complaint to argos, and yes the glass cracked under my fingers, the TV was on at the time. I didn't press hard, I just thought maybe the frame would click into place. It was like it was ready to explode.0

Your remedy is with Argos, the retailer, not with Panasonic.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
