This week we received 2 letters from RBS, both dated the 13th Sep the first one addressed to myself and my OH (joint account) This letter said they had found ppi was sold to us and we would hear from them within 8 weeks.
The second letter is addressed just to my OH (same account number) this letter states there are no records of ppi on any of our loans, mortgages, etc.
So my question is what happens now? Is it just that the ppi was on a joint loan therefore my OH can’t claim in just his name or does one letter superseed the other?
