Any Unit Trust/OEIC offering accumulation units/shares will do this.
According to Money Management, there were 1,643 UT/OEICS, on offer in the UK as at 01/03/05, most of which would be offering accum. units/shares.
Apart from that there are also hundreds of Investment Trusts.
Could you be a little more specific.

If you mean a fund that doesn't hold shares which pay dividends, what you're looking for is a "growth fund," as opposed to an "equity income fund".
If I knew of any funds which only produced capital gains, I guess I'd be rich by now.Do let us know if you find one.Trying to keep it simple...0 -
I asked Fidelity - they replied....
Dear (Sneekymum)
Thank you for your recent email.
Fidelity offers many growth funds which have an objective of long term growth and do not pay out any income. However, these funds also can distribute as per the discretion of the fund manager and if there is a distribution it will be subjected to income tax. I am afraid Fidelity does not offer a fund only investing in property, however clients might find such funds on our Fundsnetwork platform.
Clients can view all the Fidelity funds and FundsNetwork funds on the fund finder page of our website. To view the fund finder page please click on the link below:

I am afraid we are not authorised tax advisors, hence I am unable to confirm investments which will not carry an income tax liability.
If you should have any further queries, please do not hesitate to email me or contact our InvestorLine on Callfree 0800 414161 between 9am and 6pm, seven days a week. One of the Account Executive will be able to assist you.
Yours sincerely
