Call centre in Stoke?
They all say that ... surprised they didn't call you 'duck' or 'sug'
I've been called many things :rotfl:
The situation was bizarre . The first person I spoke to was in Egypt which seems to be where everything is based these days in Vodafone land . The person I spoke to said that he would get back to me within 10 mins . What happened then was I got a call from Ireland .
The man there never even said " is this Mr casualty ?" . Just " hello mate . I'm just checking mate . Yes mate .." unprofessional
I don't mind if they actually asked my name first then after saying sorry about that mr casualty , then said ok mate etc .
I'll leave it there

** another update **
Phone intermittent today . Dialling tone not always working .
Making a payment on my council tax had to be done twice , as the phone died after attempting to pay the first time .
I phoned Vodafone Egypt. They tested , and it looks like my cheapo handset from argos is the problem .
I will buy a replacement . Hopefully this will sort it out ..0
