4) the court letter VERY clearly states you serve this on ALL parties. this is of course the court AND the claimant. You must post it to them. You cannot use email unless you have their permissoin to do so. Keep proof of posting.

You will not be told they HAVE paid their fees
As for them not serving it at all? You send a letter to the ocurt, stating the claimant has brokend the court order of X date by failing to serve on you their WS and bundle by Y date. You ask tha thte claimant is not given any relief from sancitons, as they are professionally represented.
As you should by now be aware - [b[the court may not give two figs. Sorry, but thats the lottery of court. You may have a judge who immediately strikes the claim and lays into them, or you may get one who shrugs and offers an adjournment[/b]0
