I wonder if you'll get to the bottom of this.
BM don't seem to use FPS for outgoing payments. Is it too daft to suggest that they are using the Direct Debit Reversal process?0 -
How long ago did you last withdraw funds?0

Same happened to me. I was given the same explanation and told that they would sort it and that I would be able to withdraw funds on the 18th. Still couldn't do so on the 19th. Rang again and was told that it was all working correctly on their screen so they made the transfer for me.0
