Just wanting to check something.
If you claim UC and received a advance payment before the first regular payment.
Can you still get a budgeting advance to replace a broken appliance even if the advance payment isn’t repaid?

No, you normally need to be on UC for six months before you can get a budgeting advance.0

Yeah they have, I never said they hadn't, that doesn't answer the question.0

you can if
you’ve been getting Universal Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Jobseeker’s Allowance or State Pension Credit for 6 months or more,
unless you need the money to help you start a new job or stay in work
you’ve earned less than £2,600 (£3,600 together for couples) in the past 6 months
you’ve paid off any previous Budgeting Advance loans
Its separate to an new claim advance or benefit transfer advance so it doesn't matter if you had any of these.0 -
Partially answered the question.0
