I have noticed a DD has gone from my bank account for Saga Services. I have contacted the bank and all they could tell me is the name and telephone number and email of a person at Saga. I have tried to call unsuccessfully and have emailed and yet no reply. I have not set p any new direct debits, I have checked car and house insurance and they still go out as M&S and Paymentshield. Has anyone any idea what this could be. I have no other insurance. Thanks

Try phoning customer complaints on 0800 092 3700 and raising it with them.Nil Illegitimi desperandum carborundum
