Should I appeal to POPLA

I received a PCN from Total Parking Solutions. I appealed using the MSE template letter, on the grounds of poor signage, mitigating circumstances and disproportionate charge. The appeal was rejected but they only considered the signage. I wrote again and asked them to fully consider my appeal, which they did not, and rejected it again.
Is it worth appealing to POPLA? Or should I just ignore any further letters from TPS until they give up?

Jeez, which one was that? Did you identify the driver?

If you've got a POPLA code, then definitely appeal to POPLA. But you need to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #3 about how to construct a winning appeal.

Find the template letter on moneysavingexpert.com under parking ticket appeals.

Foolishly I admitted to being the driver.
