FENSA? Building Control Certificate? HELP!

I'd appreciate people's help on this issue.
I'm about two weeks away from exchange on our house sale.
I was reading about FENSA and suddenly panicked.
We had a loft conversion done last year. We got the building control certificate through no problem, but I can't see a FENSA certificate.
I've read online that if you have a building control certificate then you don't need a FENSA certificate for the velux windows on top of that.
Is that true? If we do need the certificate, are we just able to take out an indemnity policy on the windows?

Yup. True. The BC cert will cover all the work done as part of the loft conversion, including the fitting of a window.
FENSA is just an alternative to building control approval when having replacement windows fitted.Her courage will change the world.

If you're only two weeks away from exchange - haven't the buyers already asked about this sort of thing anyway? If you don't know, ask your solicitor.0
