Doesn't the t-shirt have a size label inside the collar (eg XXL, XL, L, 42" - 44" or whatever)?
How does that compare with the stated size on your order or invoice and their sizing guide on their site?
If the label shows the "correct" size but it's obviously too small, send them a photograph when you return it.0 -

Made to order products are not normally excluded from the right of cancellation granted under the Consumer contracts regulations.
If something is made to order and the requirements are chosen from a list of options then it doesn't class as a personalised item (which would be excluded).0
