  • Evening Chris and Em, welcome to the madhouse. The new challenge starts on 2nd Dec, but feel free to have a go in the next month to get some practice in! Sue will be along shortly, she's running next years challenge. £200 does indeed sound like a good target! Good luck and welcome!

Thanks Stunty, good to see you. I hate James Bond films by the way - but - I'm glad you enjoyed it, Sparky and his wife too! :D

Hi Chris and Em and a warm welcome to the thread and to MSE. I'm so pleased you're joining us here and as Stunty rightly says you can start straight away and join in the fun with opening our pots up on the 1st Dec.

Come onto the new thread on the 2nd Dec, or thereabouts, and I'll be happy to give you your very own number. Looking forward to seeing you more.

What a darn fool thing to do sparky! WHY do they not give a b****r about what might happen as a result!!! !!!!!!! Such a shame about being unable to get their number, understandable though given the circumstances. Take care sparky!

shop-to-drop - at least you had it there to draw on, so all was not so bad.

oopalah - Well done for 'feeling our force' right there with you to help resist that urge! Brilliant will-power!!! :T

£4.00 in the pot today. That makes up for a dismal few days.
Welcome, Chrisfreelander and Rara. Let us know when baby rara arrives and we can have a party. (Any excuse!) :)

Course you can join rara, but I don't think Mumzy's giving out numbers anymore, partly due to it being so close to the finishing date of this year's challenge, and because she has so little time now. However, we'll be starting the new challenge on Dec 2,:j so come onto that and ask for your number, it'll be a real pleasure for me to give you your very own! I agree with oppalah, rara, do let us know when that darling bundle arrives into the world, it'll be a joy to welcome her/him ....and toast ...with a glass of water of course!!! :D

mickey mouse <<<<"I found 10p today">>>> Dropped by the angels for you being so very well behaved!!! :A

oopalah, I was so glad you finally managed to put some away. There y'are see, patience pays good dividends! :j Quite the philosopher don't you think! Alright then maybe not.

loulybooly - I bet you could (now there's a challenge for you!:D) once you left it alone other than just adding to it. I have mine high up in a darkish cupboard so I can't see it very well, but I get such a buzz from just 'feeling' for the slit and popping the money in ...and listening to the "clunk" "cluck" as it hits the pile! :j We'll be starting the new challenge on Dec 2nd (after all, we'll need 24 hours to spend what we've collected!;)) so come on to the new one and I'll give you your own personal number to display in your signature if you desire. Look forward to seeing you then. The gautlet has been thrown down for you to pick up ....can you do it??? Course you CAN!!! :j
