Please, whatever you do, do NOT cover your head with a balloon and then paper mache yourself! LOL I'd suggest the balloon attached to something like a Dairylea cheese tub as a stand, rather than egg box cut-outs.
Is this so you can get your 'money head' on for 2008 or do you just want to tackle this savings challenge 'head on'? :rotfl: Get a piccie on here if you decide to go aHEAD with this LOL

nykmedia - I love the puns :rotfl: :rotfl:

I was thinking of making masks for fancy dress outfits. Half face and full face. Could use a glass head to make a mould, and then make papier mache masks from that. Would be easy enough to make a full sized head too to turn into money boxes.

Just think of the fun me and the grand-daughter could have! We could make pirates, fairy's, barbies, witches, etc etc etc.

Ooohh - Im giving all my ideas away.......

:j You'll HAVE to join the 'start a cottage industry' challenge now, you must, you must, you must, it will be FUN! Then you can encourage masquerade balls and fancy dress parties and save your takings in your sealed pot and count it all out at the end of your first financial year. LOL How about half 'n' half masks for 2 faced money savers and a reinforced one for all thouse 'tough nut' business types. And think of the sales you could make if you had all your stock built up for next Halloween?
 Hair's to your airhead business idea and I could guarantee that, with your idea, you're sure to have your face in newspapers and magazines more often than anyone else here :rotfl:

OH! Thought of another one... you could 'special eyes' by adding specs

PS: I am saving - look! Phil the Pig has gained a few grams and it isn't because he got wet :)

    Hi Mumzy
I hope you are resting well.

    Nykmedia
I guess we are the only two on the thread at the minute. At least we are keeping ourselves amused. :rotfl:

Instead of going out to pub tonight (:D ) I have put the money into my bottle - thats another £21.00 towards Christmas 2008!!:T :T :T

    Hi Mumzy,
I hope you are resting and behaving in a responsible and expectant manner. We promise to (try to) behave ourselves whilst you rest and recuperate but feel free to jump right in and bash Ladygrim's heads together if we misbehave LOL

Ladygrim - I had ANOTHER wacky, loco idea!
Imagine the balloon all blown up and plastered in paper mache. Then, rather than cut it to make a mask, cut it to make a 'bulging belly' (or else use your imagination!!). I reckon you could earn a FORTUNE by October 31st 2008, still have 1 month to spare before this challenge ends and 2 months to spare before the cottage industry one ends! And as an extra special bonus, you can hit the high streets with your 'attachments' that allows anyone with a taylor's dummy to model maternity wear in their shop windows! char024.gif
