Hi all, Havent posted for a while but am still filling in my pot

Put in abt £3 of 5ps the other day - cleared out my pennies jar (i use as a doorstop) Also have £6 worth of 1ps and 2ps - will take that along to the bank and change to £1's and will put that into the pot.

Cant wait until the 1st of Dec either and will be up for doing it again.

Having a NSD today so nothing to feed the pot tonight

Hiya stunty ....and all.

No idea stunty, (though yesterday sometime) it had gone when I came on last night. D'you know, I never thought I could get so addicted to saving as I have on this thread.

Hubby wanted to borrow £1 yesterday. I said I'd take £5 from our holiday pot (only notes in there) as I was NOT breaking into me Sealed Pot for anyone. So I gave him the fiver. He brings back the £4 change saying he'll give me the other £1 today .....but I couldn't put it in the holiday stash (no coins remember) so it HAD to go in the Sealed Pot ................. which means he STILL owes me a £5er anyway!!! :rotfl::T:rotfl:I'm a confirmed saver!!!!

Wonder how Sparky got on pavement hoovering for change in my neck of the woods. I cleared up on his patch of Liverpool. Although with the kids being back in school will help woth the change on the floor.....

Reading about sparky's shenanigans, I reckon he's got a magnifying glass out and is down on his knees searching for any spark of metal that could be termed as possible (mostly) buried treasure!! I've almost given up scouring pavements and car parks, people are FAT too careful with their money these days. Must be the credit crunch!:rolleyes:

There definately is a credit crunch on, because every blighter seems to be keeping hold of their change, DW was trying clothes on and asking me what I thought, and all I could do was look at the ground for dropped coins (gonna get a crick in my neck, or a kick up the backside from DW lol)

You'll have to keep us posted as to which mystery woman Mrs S is, when you find out (scary!)
