    Debt-free and Proud!
I'm ok mate (well I am now!) Woolton's still pretty good for loose change, found 2 x £1 there the other day so treated the girlfriend to a bag of chips lol. How's the cycling and the family?

The kidnapped Lambanana was returned, we were ordered to go and find it. :rotfl: (Which we did...) There were pictures of it on the prom at Blackpool.... Did you see Lamby on the tv? being set free after escaping her cage? lol, I'll post the link for those who have no idea what I'm talking about.....

The Super Lambanana is a weird (and ugly) staute that is a thought on what genetic engingeering coiuld do. It's half lamb, with a banana for a tail, and it's all cute. As a public art display 112 of mini ones were placed around Liverpool, and the people here love them. lol

Here's the only live one ever captured..... (it's after the talk of the fire about 30 seconds in)

You must have been in Woolton on the day I was there, I didn't find a single penny lol, also have you noticed, that while the kids are off, there doesn't seem to be much change lying around.

Yeah, I've noticed that. Flipping awful! Get them back to school I say!

Put some nice silver in my pig today, and good news, my nephew has indeed passed his exams and got 10 GCSE's. all grade C and above. Bless him he's more clever than his Uncle, and almost as big, he's up to 6' 2. lol.

    How are we all today?

    Hi everyone

I would love to join if I may.
I have read through a few posts, I understand the idea is to save for a year but I am trying to save for christmas and this would be a good incentive.
I have my bogof's etc which is also for christmas but this is interesting.
Would be nice to see what could be saved from 1st Jan to Dec as well.
I do have a big pot that I mainly put my copper in which I am saving up to put in to the Asda coin machine at christmas and get the vouvher to spend in Asda, not much in there though to be honest.

Hiya and welcome. You now have a number 276.Good luck with the saving.I know how easy it is to transfer your money into a voucher at asda but if you can bag it and take it to a bank you will get back exactly what you have saved. This could be the differnce of a few pounds :)
