Wow, newcomers! Welcome to sealed pot land... does that mean we can all start making papier mache sealed banks again?
Phil feels about half full and is only a few pennies off of 5kg in weight. My 'guesstimate' is 5kg = £70 in mixed coins up to 20p level, so he needs to gain a further 2.5kg by December 1st to ensure he's made it [STRIKE]to[/STRIKE] over the £100 mark. But, this is all just cunning guesswork and I haven't, actually, got a clue how much is in thereI reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Hi NYK,
You will need to make a new one for next year!
Sparky, Stunty, Mumzy where are you all?Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
I think I'll join in,
Will open mine on Dec 1st. I'm aiming for.............. £50! the cardboard box I'm using is small, I'll have to selotape extensions onto it as needed, will have to put a picture up of the final box, i bet it gonna look hilarious he he.

Phil the Pig has just broken through the 5kg weight barrier! :j :j
Sadly, I will no longer be able to weigh the pig as my kitchen scale only reads up to 5kg but it's still good to know that I made my first target and that everything else from now until 1st December is a mystery to me. But it's still going to be really sad having to slice open poor Phil the Pig.
Never mind, all you diehards here will be pleased to know that I am planning on making the 'big pig!' I promise there will be photos taken throughout the process but I haven't found anyone brave enough to blow up the balloon yet! I mean, if this thing bursts, it could register on the richter scale! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I think I'll call it 'Grand Pig' and see if I can get anywhere near £1000 in him (or her)!I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.
