I am quite obsessed by it lol, can't wait until 1st Dec, although if i manage to fill it before i am gonna open and bank but its only half full really.

No money in since 15th, super skint with £10 to last until payday on 25th, a seriously empty fridge and a birthday present to buy for my dad!
Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month

Managed a few more pennies today, ive got a load of pound coins in my wallet but im very close to my overdraft and dont want to have to enter it so the pound coins need to stay where they are - poor piggy is starting to feel neglected lol

Phil the Pig is still gaining weight ever so slowly but we are hopeful that he'll make it to 5kg in the next couple of weeks. Did you realise that we are coming up for the two thirds mark? 1st August SHOULD see 2/3 of the weight Phil could be by 1st December but by my reckoning I must be a long way short of the £100 mark. I just don't have enough change to spare. Anyhow, I am sure that he'll have enough in him for Chrissie pressies, although I've changed my mind about giving him away filled. It may be a bit unfair on everyone else if he ends up having almost £100 in him! :)

Hope everyone is doing well and hello to all the new people. I must apologise for never getting around to catching up with all the posts, sorry if I have missed anything important.

Anyone else getting a bit obsessive about this? I keep using notes to get change to put in the pot... not sure that was the original plan really!

Still, its working - the pot is getting quite heavy.

    Can't wait till 1st December.

    I'm exactly the same:o:o:o It's terrible isn't it.

Pottie is getting full again (well I have already banked it once!!!)

    Keep going peeps.

  • Opened my sealed pot as it was so full couldnt stuff any more in it! :T

Total = £660 :j thats the good news, now I am deciding whether to invest it in a money making idea I have (webshop) or to pay off a debt?

Then again I might just get a pot twice as big and keep saving to the big £1,000!
