My terramundi is feeling a bit empty, only got about a fiver in it so far but going into town today (if it ever stops raining) so will have some more change in it later.
I am not counting the number of coins or how much as want a big suprise next year.
Mumzy i hope your taking good care of yourself xxNow a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
take care of yourself muzzy and try not to worry ~ i know you cant in this situation but at least try and relax
another coin added today :j0 -
I've not 'officially' joined this challenge yet, but have been reading the thread, and been inspired to start saving my change :j
I have a quality street tin for silver, a large Robinson's squash bottle for copper, and my OH's piggy his Grandma left him for gold/notes.
Now the only thing about not having a sealed savings box, is I am worried my OH will dip in to it, as he did last time I started saving £2 coins  So I may have to count how much is in the 'pots', so I can keep an eye on itI would rather have a surprise at the end of the challenge, but needs must and all that.
I rarely used to use cash, and always paid on my debit card. But since reading this thread, I have been drawing out cash, just so I can put some change in my pots :rotfl:0 -

MY CASH COW IS READY TO JOIN 'PHIL THE PIG'!
Gave up on the gold spray as weather has been atrocious and she'd have had to have been sprayed outside. So... here she is, just a plain old black and white fresian, or as I prefer to call it, a black and white freechange cash cow
Did you make this? If so how? I love it.
Lol. x:A :A :A :A

Hi,
I am really getting into this challenge, I have been finding ways to 'squirrel' money away. For example,
Went to the gym early this morning - borrowed Mums bus pass (she is out of the country, and there is no photo on it) Banked £2.50
Using the same pass, went into town in the afternoon and had lunch with a friend (I banked the money she contributed Banked £4.00. I didn't have a coffee in town, made one at home instead Banked £1.20 (only change in the purse)
Later, I am going to return some clothes (exchange them for cheaper ones). I will be adding another £6.00 approx
I've no idea how much is in my Terramundi - would like at least £300 next year
Debts at the start of my journey - about £23,000 lightbulb moment 01.03.2007 (1st payment to CCCS)..Debt Free Date 25.06.2013 Deposit savings £17,000/£30,0000 -
I have just got myself a sealed tin to start saving, a bit late I know, but here goes, I will add two pound coins and 50p's as I get them. I am hoping for at least £500 by next Christmas.

Ok, I will try. Trouble in my house is when it's Sunday and DS is out of soda, or something he will grab my small change and go to Lidl, dragging me and the dog with him. But it balances out because he gives me his small change. So will start a bit late, from Dec 7th, but will start.Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0
