Carry on building from that 11lb lilmissmup, that's a very GOOD weight loss so don't let it go. Stunty's right about the muscle too so just keep going. Must shed some myself by walking and indoors with dvds too, anything to get a bit off before summer arrives.

Morning all - got the PC up and working again - have put lots of change in Spot the pig and as DS has gone back to uni I'm bound to find more loose change lying around in his bedroom when I sort it out!!!!!!
Sun is shining here today so good day for lots of washing on the line !!!!! - oh............... that means lots of ironing though.
