Morning all :0)

Well it's 4 days in but i've made a start. I've just found 3 pound coins in the bottom of my handbag that had fallen out of my purse and have just raided hubby's jeans pocket and found another (i did leave him the £10 note he had in there) off to tidy the toddlers bedroom in a minute i'm sure to find money in there he is forever picking coins up.

I'm using one of those large sealed tins from BHS that i bought dh for christmas last year but he never used, there must be some more people using them so we could have a team to rival the rest!

Glad to know I'm not alone. I was with some girlfriends, all doing our Xmas shopping together, and after I bought the stuff we were only in 1 other shop then went to the car. The only thing I can think that happened is that I gave my friend to hold my bags while I paid for something then, we all took some bags from my very pregnant friend cos she was struggling. I think somewhere in that shuffle, the bag got left someplace.

Ah well, nothing I cna do now, but start all voer again.

Oh and I've realised a ploy to get more change! My OH has to come see me, I can't go out to him often because of my health. So half the time I pay for his taxi home to make it fair, so I've decided when i give him the £5 for his taxi, I'll demand the sharpnell in his pocket in exchange! Voldemort will soon be bulging.

Well, I still can't find my money bags; so I have therefore decided to leave what is in my demi-john and let it build up from there.

There is approximately £20, so not too bad a start I guess. I am aiming to fill it but if it only ends up half full I will be pleased.

If anyone wants to set up a Terramundi team I'm interested.

When my terramundi is full up with £2 coins, I will have to make a pig. For 20p and under, I have a plastic Carlsberg beer can.

All together, I would like to get £300 (more if I get a new job with better money!)

Oooooh this challenge is getting very competitive.

Heavenleigh, I have a large sealed tin from BHS too, so i'll join you, if that's ok. Have no idea what's in my tin at mo, other than £10 note, and 12 coins!!

And I have no OH to steal shrapnel from, so will have to scour the streets for any odd pennies!! though that's not gonna help a great deal with the total.

lol, I was just a little off the wall last night after yet another crap day in work..... don't think we should get competetive.... lol, I might have to go and try and make a pig you know, just to see how I do.......
