    Debt-free and Proud!
Nice part of town, close to the stadium? so you'll get to hear the bands, and it wont take you long to get home from town lol.

Couldn't believe it when I calculated how much I'd paid off this month, just hope this overtime stays on for a few more months and I'll certainly be making a dent in the debt. I used to get my extra pay and just waste it, now I like to work out well in advance what I can pay off with it, and it feels good

Not doing too well here this week - no more money gone in the pot yet. It's the end of the month for us (payday on Friday) so we're having to use every penny at the moment for basics !

It's only our first proper month of money saving, even though i've been lurking on here for a few months now (sealed pot challenge, joined quidco, mystery shopping and a few other great ideas from this site) so hopefully, at the end of March, we'll have some money left in our bank account for a change ! We don't have any debts, don't smoke/drink, just don't earn very much !

Nice to hear how everyone else is doing - it keeps me motivated !

  • Well I have been crap rcently busy at work and then on a trip and no money has gone to the pots.

still I have got some change and will make the effort after buying the paper tomorrow to part with it to the pots.

Hope everything is going well with everyone

    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • Ive just been really naughty and counted whats in my pot - only because i wanted to know how much ive saved over the last week

Total is £8.75 - if i can keep that up its £455 over 52 weeks!!!!

Now im not counting on saving that much - but if i can get to my £100 or just my full pot i will be soooooo happy
