  • Well I'm ready for tomorrow, I emptied all my jars and pots today and paid all the coins into the bank. They would only accept full bags (£1 & £5 and the like) so all the left over odd bits of shrapnel will go in my temporary 'sealed' pot til xmas, when I am expecting a terrimundi from my bro!

  • Hi, can I join? I have a sealed tin from the Poundshop but haven't really started to use it yet.
Will aim for £100 for next Christmas. I only really pop 10's, 20's and the odd 50p in there so *should* be achievable if I sort my purse out more often.

Thanks for my number! Rather than buying a new vessel to put it in I'm being crafty, recycling and makign a statement! LOL

This week I cleared out all the old financial paperwork I had going back YEARS (ank statements, old chequebook stubs, delivery notes). I was afraid fo putting them in recycle bin because of sensitive material so instead put it all in a bucket of water and made paper mache! That paper mache is going to make me a pig to put my money in - with just a slot in it's back to put in and no way to get it out till i destory it next year - and help destory my debts!
  • Hi there, I'd like to join please. Have bought a cute sealed tin from the pound shop and plan to start tomorrow.

Aiming for £300 which will come from small change and proceeds from the mystery shops I do (quite infrequent).

    Good luck everyone

Picked up my terramundi from the sorting office today and couldn't resist being naughty!!!

I put my one £2 from the £2 savers club in it already!!! :p

Its so pretty though i don't think i can bare to smash it next year although it says its tradition so feeling like i have too!

Although with my aim so high i might have to get another anyway as might not hold it all!

    Looking forward to tomorrow :D
