Do you have access to the post/mail at the previous property?

I cant provide an answer on the next point, but someone else on here may be able to assist......

The protection of freedoms act means that the registered keeper of a vehicle can be hled liable for parking charge notices ( in private car parks) on the condition that the documents sent out comply fully with schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act.
Some parking companies struggle with the basics, let alone trying to comply with the PoFA , instead they rely on the assumption that the registered keeper was the driver on the day, and/or use other methods to try and get the registered keeper to state who was driving from drop down boxes on so called appeal sites, to getting the registered keeper to out the driver, or out themselves when a victim of the PPc resorts through naivety to using terms such as I did this, or the Wife parked, and so on.

So the big question is - is UKPCs paperwork Protection of freedoms compliant?? I've not seen any for a while , but if someone has recent upto date paperwork then they may be able to help

As for your post/letters, you need to retrieve this as it would help with all the above.

Submit a SAR to the PPC asking for all data they hold on you and your car; attach a copy of the V5C and include any PCN references they have given to you. Separately send an e-mail (Data Rectification Notice) to the DPO of the PPC giving your new address for service and requiring them to ERASE your old address. For help and advice on acronyms and SAR, see NEWBIE sticky post 5 and post # 2.
