Get other quotes, but as this Anglian I feel confident in saying they are taking the mickey and a local firm will offer the same quality windows for a lot less.
Give it a couple of days and most likely Anglian will be calling you up offering bronze, silver or gold discounts if you sign today.....don't do it"We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -

About 12 years ago, Everest gave us a quote of just over 10k for 10 windows.
I laughed at the salesman.
He asked what I thought the quote should be, I said 2.5k.
He then put on a huge act, claimed that had installers doing nothing due to another job being cancelled etc and offered me the windows for £3200 if I signed there and then..
I said no and asked him to leave.
Following day I phoned up Anglian, told the guy I don't want any crap from a salseman, I've got Everest down to 3200 for 10 windows, and asked if they could match it. He instantly agreed.
The way they give quotes should be made illegal in my opinion.
Most of the stuff they use costs pence for them to buy.
A builder I know, said at the time that I could have got them down to £200 a window. The way things are going, soon we are all going to be victims of something or other.
Who will we blame then?0
