Rep on site has just come back with an offer of a 30% which we have decide compensates for the issues

After Thomas Cook there’s no way in hell i’d accept vouchers unless I was literally going to book in the next few days.0

Neither would I accept vouchers, as you are effectively lending them money FOC for a year. Ask for 30% cash refund. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Look on Facebook for the TUI - Holiday Complaints Group.
Lots of people with lots of complaints, and good for advice. They've had a lot of success with getting good offers through mediation/resolution, or via small claims court.
One thing i would say is that Tui are dreadful for customer service. They don't offer refunds or compensation lightly, so if they are offering something now, you must have a really good case, and should push for far more!0 -

30% is great, but I would push for cash rather than vouchers. The vouchers could be worthless in a years time if TUI go bust like Thomas Cook...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
