Horizon parking charge notice

Hi, I have received a notice to keeper from horizon parking, telling me I have not payed the discounted amount, but I didn’t even receive a letter before this one. It states I have exceeded maximum stay period but there is no way on this earth I have ever been in that Car Park for over 1hour at one time. I see the Evidence they have of my car entering and exiting the car park, but I had went to this car park twice that day, in the morning for 20 minutes maximum and later on in the evening for no more than 1 hour. Now the only explanation I have of this is they have my car entering the car park in the morning and also exiting after my stay in the evening which adds up to about 13 hours. But I’d gone an been to work and went back later that day, How do I go about appealing this? What evidence can I show them that my car was not there for that long through the day?
Thanks you

Appeal using the template in blue from post 1 of the NEWBIES. Add a one liner that this was a double dip because the vehicle made two visits on the date of the alleged event.
Send an SAR as per the NEWBIES. Stress that since the car made two visits you expect to receive ALL the images which must total four; these being images of the first entry, first exit, second entry, and second exit. Failure to provide ALL four images will be reported to the ICO. Do follow up on your threat if they don't send them all.
You will need to include a copy of the vehicle V5 as proof of ID.

Get witness statements, security camera footage/stills of your car, or anything else that will prove the car was at your place of work.
