Hi, I need some advice. I have been trying to contact DWP Debt department. The number provided on line and there site is not working. I have tried for weeks and I need to speak to them about a missed payment. They have written saying they are contacting my employer but when I call them the number cuts off.
A message plays saying they are experiencing high call volume then beeps for 10 seconds and cuts off. I have tried the other options in the menu (even the make payment now) and they all beep and cut off.
How am I to speak to them when the numbers like this? Any advice would help please.
