Cheap Energy Club problem

I'm trying to change suppliers for my parents but I'm unable to do this online as it states 'switch in progress'.

I contacted their existing suppliers Eon but they are unable to explain.

Is this a bug with the Cheap Energy Club website?

    There's an email address on the FAQs - email that.
    This situation occurs because the system hasn't been told that the switch has completed/failed and so it think its still in progress.

    Or use another comparison website, USwitch or whatever.

    Please follow the advice already on the thread. This will help your parents switch supplier.
