Moving virgin box move

Hi
I have recently had work done indoors and have lost BB. The cable cannot be reached to be changed. VM engineer said it would need rewiring which means unsightly cables running round new door frame. Is it possible to put new shorter cable running from box and new splitter and move TV which would look neater. That way i can forget the unreachable cable completely. TIA

Ok so you had work done, you mention BB but also mention TV, why move the entry point for where the cables enter the property or have you moved things around in the room/s so the TV etc is in a different place.0
