I guess that leaves them some more money to spend on botox, teeth veneer and piercings.

If an additional .6% deposit on a £160K house sent her into such a tizzy they can't afford it.
Calling her parents to pick her up on the side of the road is ridiculous.

I gave up reading when I got to this bit:

"The problems included a coal shaft close to the property that they hadn't been given details of"

Take it they never did any research into the area as Google (other browsers are available) are useful for armchair enquiries before viewing.

Those awful lips and teeth, so utterly fake

With regards to not knowing your area, its amazing how many people simply dont have a clue about the history of where they live/moving to

I gave up as it was the Daily Fail and their ads just crashed my browser

Indeed, there are hundreds of pages of reports on the planning website all about the mining history and the works done by the developers.

If you go and see a plan of your future house, surely most people buying their first home would not think about mine shafts etc or if you did and there was nothing on the plan, you would assume there are none on your land?

They are young first time buyers, I think I think people are being over critical of the couple.

I am not saying I fully agree with her letter, she sounds like she has made a mountain out of a molehill on some points, but I bet that whole letter could have been avoided if solicitors had got her name right first or after she first mentioned it and if the sales agent had pointed out something along the lines it is just a plan and the property could have a mine shaft/sewer access points etc when it is actually built.

That will learn them by writing to the CEO of a multi million pound company over trivial things like this.

If it was addressed to the CEO, why did it start with "To whom it might concern" Instead of the CEO name?

They didn't suffer any financial loss and all the issues that were blown out of proportion in the letter are more or less ordinary to house purchases and although with some delays where all dealt with. Yet they had the gal to ask for money right away. Not for apology or simply to complaint.

Then to top it off they go and complaint to the press. What pair of entitled little *explicit word"s

For ones I completely agree how a big Developer has handled customer complaint.
  • I hope this couple read this....

I read this article and couldn't help but think.... it serves you effing right you complaining whinging snowflakes. Don't go to the CEO, try and sort it out like a grown up with people on the ground instead of crying to the big boss who... DOESN'T CARE.

Take your veneers, fake tan and arrogant, entitled selves and eff off.
Oh and as for having a panic attack and getting mummy to get you from the side of the motorway, you're pathetic! Grow up!
