Lightest and most powerful powerbank?

I am looking for a powerbank. I want something which is powerful, but also light. It seems teh bigger capacity ones, are also heavier. I don't want to carry a brick around.
I currently have the following KODAK :
https://www.kodak.com/gb/en/Consumer/Products/Accessories/Batteries-Chargers/Chargers-Powerbanks/Power-Bank-5200/default.htm
However, it is a little on the heavy side. The size is fine. It has a metal casing.
There are lots of powerbanks for sale, but are there some brands which are better then others?
I mostly top up a smartphone, but from time to time, top a tablet.
Also, I want to be able to charge my powerbank, but also at the same time charge my phone. So basically daisy chain it.
Any suggestions?

In general, more capacity means more weight - you're literally carrying more/bigger batteriers around. But you can do better with some than others.
Anker, Aukey are both good, RAVPower are decent. You just need to find a size/weight you're happy to carry around.
Daisy chaining - I haven't bought one in ages, but they all use similar circuitry, and I'm not aware of any that you can do this with, it's either charge, or be charged, unless you very carefully seek that specification out.0 -
I have an Anker, from Amazon. It’s pretty good but as it’s 20Ah it’s quite bulky and not lightweight. Given they all use the same technology, there isn’t going to be much difference between brands in terms of weight vs capacity. The model is PowerCore 20100 and it weighs 331 grams (12.5 oz). Amazon item no B00VJSGT2A
The Anker one I have doesn’t support charging while discharging. It has 2 x USB outputs which is handy.0 -
High capacity and low weight may mean someone is telling porkies about the capacity or the weight.
The Sony batteries in the £1 shop used to be very good 4 or 6 in a pack? but picking some up one day i thought thats very light and checked the quantity which was the same so they must have reduced the capacity. Put them back and never bought them again.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I have an Anker 20000mAh also. It is a bit heavy.0

I would say 5200mah is too small.
If you have 2 device, something around 10000 mah is more sensible.0 -
I also recommend Anker for power banks, cables etc, I have the 20000mAh and a slim 5000mAh both have given good service.
The 5000mAh one is a nice size but only really gives one charge to a modern phone so It will shortly be replaced with this one: Its not much bigger than the old 5000 and has USB C and power delivery to boot.
As far as I know none of the Anker products support daisy chain.
Anker Powerport wall chargers are good and some have 2 or more outlets including the one I have with USB C and USB A which would go nicely with the pack above and let you charge the pack and phone together.
I have my choices loaded into Camelcamelcamel waiting for a bargain as Anker products regularly drop in price on Amazon.0 -
I just bought that exact one. It’s a nice size, and charges quickly. It didn’t come with a USB C lead, so I had to buy one.0

The only one you'll get a light powerbank with high capacity is by buying a falsely advertised one, usually from eBay. Basically the higher capacity, the more the batteries will weigh.0
