ASDA rechargeable batteries (AA size) - brand new - that just won't recharge ! :-(

Hi Have recently purchased a pack of 4 x ASDA rechargeable batteries (AA). So it's a brand new pack. Have just tried to recharged 2 of them, for the first time, but they just DIDN'T recharge!! :huh: (Although they were left in the charger for the recommended time.) So thought I must have forgotten to set the switch on the…

And don't forget to check the maH of a battery is suitable for the purpose you need it for. For example a 475 maH probably isn't up to much for a phone handset.
