Good will compensation to vendors

Has someone asked or hinted that you should do this? The vendors maybe? However laudable, it seems an odd thing to want to do right off the bat without any preceding discussion. Is it definitely not in response to the vendors saying something like, "look - we moved out to vacate the property for you and now you're dragging your feet. Maybe you should pay our rent...".0

Don't do this. If you feel inclined, at the end of the process, buy them a nice bunch of flowers/wine/chocolates/all three, if it puts your conscience at rest.0

So We're thinking if we're lucky, we'd be able to complete in about 10 weeks from today.
Might be a quick process. Might be slow. In reality there's no way of telling. Speculation is pointless until matters have moved forward somewhat.0
